User conduct

Listings, transactions and payments

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

NexPick is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, NexPick is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users. [Add specific liability caps if applicable.]

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform guidelines. You may close your account at any time. [Describe effect on active listings/transactions.]

Governing law and disputes
